कास्कीको पोखरास्थित सूर्यदर्शन सहकारीको बचत अपचलन मुद्दामा धरौटीमा रिहा भएका रास्वपाका सभापति एवं पूर्वगृहमन्त्री रवि लामिछाने शुक्रबार काठमाडौं जिल्ला अदालतमा उपस्थित हुने भएका छन्। लामिछानेविरूद्ध काठमाडौंमा पनि सहकारीसम्बन्धी अर्को मुद्दा रहेकाले उनी अदालतमा उपस्थित हुन लागेका हुन्।
कास्की जिल्ला अदालतको आदेश अनुसार ६५ लाख रुपैयाँ धरौटी बुझाएर उनी प्रहरीको हिरासतबाट रिहा भएका थिए। बिहीबार अदालतबाट छुटेपछि प्रहरीले अस्पतालमा स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण गराएर उनलाई परिवारको जिम्मा लगाएको थियो।
उनीसँगै मुद्दाका ६ प्रतिवादी धरौटी बुझाएर रिहा भएका छन्। छविलाल जोशी, लीला पछाईँ, रामबहादुर खनाल, कृष्णबहादुर गुरूङ र आरती गुरूङ धरौटी रकम बुझाएर रिहा भएको कास्की जिल्ला अदालतले जनाएको छ। धरौटी रकम बुझाउन नसकेपछि प्रतिवादी लीला पछाईँ भने हिरासतमै रहेको अदालतका श्रेस्तेदार राजन खनालले जानकारी दिए।
